Who We Are
The Connecticut Society of Association Executives (CSAE) has served as the "association of association professionals" in Connecticut since its founding in 1982. CSAE members either manage trade, professional and philanthropic associations or work for associate member companies which provide products and services to the association community.
CSAE's focus is to enhance the professionalism of association executives through education, information and networking opportunities. Associations play a significant role in our lives. Almost every activity in our daily lives has an association affiliated with it. This adds up to over 10,000 associations serving more than 287 million people and companies worldwide.
CSAE offers a variety of services, programs and activities designed to strengthen your work as an association executive. Our primary purpose is professional development. To that end, we provide workshops virtually every other month. We also support those working towards their Certified Association Executive (CAE), a professional designation from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Whether you are a chief paid executive, staff member, association volunteer, or serve the association industry - CSAE exists for you.
People like you - that's who we are at CSAE. Take the time to invest in yourself and become a member of your professional association - we look forward to welcoming you to CSAE. . . where you belong.
