The 2012 Leadership Symposium is designed for all levels of leadership within associations and nonprofit organizations. Strong leadership provides the means necessary to overcome obstacles and take advantage of opportunities. The focus of the Symposium is to provide you and your volunteer or paid leaders the chance to explore organizational priorities and to establish the best ways to work together. The Symposium’s workshops are designed to encourage leadership team members to discuss the challenges of leadership, promote the application of strategic governance principles, and to further develop your individual leadership style.
