The P.O.W.E.R. of PEAK Performance:
Getting the Most Out of Yourself and Those Who Work with You
Association Executives must at all times demonstrate a professional attitude augmented by a high level of confidence to provide leadership to an organization that is constantly changing and a workforce that is continuously evolving. They must know how to deal with people who are sometimes difficult, and be able to act at their highest levels of performance during times of high stress To do so, they must know how to motivate themselves, as well as the association’s employees and volunteers so that they can work together as a team to consistently provide the highest level of service to the members.
This motivational and content-rich workshop provides practical advice in applying the latest thinking in sports psychology and leadership theory to enhance self-esteem, build self-confidence, instill optimism, and generate the motivation necessary to create winning teams.
